REGISTRATION GUIDE FOR VISITORS
- Visit the official exhibition website at pameranlukisansby.com.
- Select the Registration / Visit Booking menu, choose a visit session, then complete your personal information fully and accurately.
- After successfully registering, visitors will receive a booking QR Code as proof of registration.
- One booking QR Code is valid for a maximum of 2 visitors.
- If visiting in a group of more than 2 people, please make an additional booking using another visitor’s name.
- On the day of your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.
- Present the booking QR Code to the registration staff for verification and check-in.
- Once the check-in process is complete, visitors may enter the exhibition area while complying with the applicable Visitor Terms & Conditions.
Registration is free of charge.
Please register before your visit to help ensure a smooth entry process into the exhibition area.
VISITOR AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions
For everyone’s comfort and to maintain the security and preservation of the works on display, all visitors are expected to observe the following terms:
- Do not touch the artworks or any exhibition display elements.
- Visitors may take photos and videos for personal use, while remaining considerate of other visitors’ comfort.
- The use of flash, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or large photographic equipment is prohibited without permission from the organizers.
- Visitors must maintain a safe distance from the artworks and follow all designated barriers and directions.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in the main exhibition area.
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes/vapes, is prohibited throughout the exhibition area.
- Visitors are expected to remain quiet and refrain from activities that may disturb other visitors or endanger the artworks.
- Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or accompanying adult while in the exhibition area.
- Visitors must keep the area clean and must not litter.
- Dangerous objects, sharp objects, flammable materials, or any other items that may endanger the artworks or visitors are prohibited.
- Visitors must follow the instructions of the organizers and security personnel, as well as the venue’s rules, while in the exhibition area.
- The organizers reserve the right to issue a warning or ask visitors to leave the exhibition area if they engage in conduct that may compromise security or comfort, or potentially damage the artworks.
- If any artwork or exhibition facility is damaged due to a visitor’s negligence or actions, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the applicable provisions.
- By entering the exhibition area, visitors are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
